【團(tuán)隊(duì)介紹】The Greater China Sales Finance team manages all sales finance activities for Apple’s indirect channel business in China mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The team forms part of a dynamic Worldwide Sales Finance organization, aligned by process tracks which are managed locally, but with a strong alignment to global process ownership. The key process tracks include Demand Forecasting & Analytics (DF&A), Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Route To Market (RTM) and Product Finance.
【關(guān)鍵任職資格】? Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Machine Learning or related fields such as Math, Finance, Computer Science
? Minimum commitment of 3 months (prefer 6+ months)
? Data-driven and quantitative skills are a MUST
? Solid analytical skill with good business sense
? Basic Excel skills required
? SQL and Tableau skills strongly preferred
? Project or working experience in Machine Learning or Big Data Analytics preferred
? Fast learner with ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team
? Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills, ability to convey rigorous mathematical concepts and considerations to non-experts.

【職位描述】
? Support weekly demand analysis and forecast process for Apple products sold in Greater China market.
? Business data digitalization, integration and analytics: leverage advanced systems and tools to capture key data points which impact consumer demand and sales trend, design easy-to-use reporting or dashboard for stakeholders to quickly understand business performance and enable in-depth analysis of drivers, and etc.
? Explore advanced technics and best practices in demand planning and forecast area and study its effectiveness in improving sales forecast accuracy in real business environment.
? Adhoc financial analysis: define business problems, collect data for deep dive analysis, regular meeting with key stakeholders for update and discussion, present findings, etc.
